Welcome to Cornerstone Behaviour Analysts’s website. We are an Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) consulting firm specializing in ABA therapy and behaviour intervention for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. We have a strong foundation in the Christian faith and ensure that this is reflected in our teaching, programs, and interventions.
Let me take a moment to introduce myself. I am Amber Mykyte, the head ABA consultant and founder of Cornerstone Behaviour Analysts. I have been working in this field for over 20 years. I have worked with students ranging from 3 years to 14 years of age on all levels of the autism spectrum. I worked with a student in the school setting for over 2 years, and have worked as a Behaviour Interventionist in the home environment.
During my time in the field, I have had the opportunity to develop my knowledge of the educational needs of students with ASD. I have developed my skills of the principles of ABA, conducting functional behaviour assessments, designing individual behaviour plans for the home, school, and community setting. I have learned how to best support families in these settings as well.
