Through my journey of becoming an ABA consultant, I have developed leaderships skills. This includes communication in a team environment. I am able to clearly communicate thoughts and listen to others. Leadership skills also includes relationship building and empathy. I have developed my ability to put myself in another’s shoes and build relationships with clients and team members. Integrity is another important leadership skill that I have developed on my journey. Leaders must be able to gain respect and trust from their peers by being reliable and honest.
